Q: How much will I have to pay if you reship my order?
If you paid for delivery insurance (you can choose it in the Cart or Checkout Page) and/or Tracking information does not match the Shipping Address we will reship the product without any additional charge.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team using the Contact Us form or by phone and provide us the reason for your cancellation. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of submitting the order. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
